PreWork Screening: WorkWell Systems functional testing is focused on improving workforce availability throughout the entire employment lifecycle-- by matching the worker’s physical abilities to the work that needs to get done— and keeping the worker at work and productive.

WorkWell’s Prework Screen (PWS) is a test of a job applicant’s functional ability to safely perform the physical requirements of a specific job. Functional testing may include lifting, force testing, postural tolerances, grip, push and pull, ambulation, climbing and balance abilities and job simulations. Tests are performed by physical/occupational therapists that are trained and certified by WorkWell Systems.

PWS allows the employer to make hiring decisions in a legal, fair and non-discriminatory way, and promotes a more positive relationship between employer and employee. Learn more
