At Work

WorkWell’s At Work services condition and educate your employees to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injury. Our early intervention services help prevent aches and pains from growing into something much bigger and more expensive.


Targeted instruction and practical strategies to increase the employee’s knowledge and problem solving using injury/illness prevention and rehabilitation principles.

Worksite Evaluation

The therapist works with employees, supervisors and management to understand workflow and all job task requirements in order to recommend optimum position at the workstation to minimize musculoskeletal impact to the employee.

Ergonomic Consultation

The therapist works as part of the employer’s ergonomic team to evaluate the worksite and work tasks, identify and reduce risks, and prevent future injuries/illnesses.

Preventative Care: Early Intervention Screening & First Aid

The therapist screens the employee and evaluates the worksite as a result of the employee's concerns, supervisor request, or first responder’s request. The therapist then coaches the employee regarding appropriate movement patterns, posture changes, and strategies to reduce reported discomfort and improve safe job performance.

WorkMATCH Screen

A functional test to determine current employee's ability to match the job requirements. This is a voluntary program that gives employees an opportunity to improve strength, flexibility and/or cardiovascular fitness if needed. Repeat tests will be performed at 45 and 90 days to assess gains.

New Hire Conditioning

A program delivering work-oriented exercises and functional activity to improve employees’ strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and work capability.

Physical & Occupational Therapy

Evaluation and treatment by licensed therapists working in partnership with physicians. The therapist evaluates the employee and then develops a treatment plan focused on restoring movement, maximizing strength, decreasing pain/symptoms, restoring function, and promoting safe return to work/other activities.
