Direct-to-Employer Onsite Services—What’s in your Toolbox?

Source: Kristen Cederlind

More than ever, employers are seeing the value of enhancing their workplace injury prevention programs.  Not only is it a cost-saving measure, it is also simply the right thing to do.  PTs and OTs are uniquely poised to collaborate with employers to help them address musculoskeletal issues before they become symptomatic or disabling.

Whether you are new to the area of industrial injury prevention and management or a seasoned therapist practicing in this area, you may want to add to or re-think what is in your toolbox to successfully expand your partnership with employers.   Ergonomics, job analysis, first-aid, therapy treatment and fitness and wellness programs can power up an onsite program, but how do you put it all together?

WorkWell’s newest course offering is a 2-part onsite services course to help you take the next steps.  Part 1 (a 4-hour online course) explores the fundamentals and scope of providing onsite services, while Part 2 (an 8-hour in-person course) expands into practical strategies for implementing and building a successful onsite program.

Ready to grow your business?  Here are the next course dates:
Part 1 online – May 4 and June 15.  Register today.
Part 2 in-person – May 19 (Pocatello, ID), June 6 (St. Charles, IL).  Contact WorkWell to learn more.

Don’t forget to check out the new WorkWell Easy Train for an affordable monthly subscription to be able to attend online courses for free!
