Title: Introduction to Office Ergonomics for Health Care Professionals (Online Ergo)

Course Overview:
Online Introduction to Office Ergonomics for Health Care Professionals is a 3-hour introductory course that provides information and methodology to help participants perform office ergonomics analyses and generate reasonable and feasible ergonomics recommendations for intervention.  Program content includes identification of office components that make up a successful office workplace, how to analyze and set up office work space and use of analysis and reporting templates.  Participants come away with simple and detailed assessment and reporting templates they can immediately apply in practice and apply the information in a video case study.

Intended Audience: Licensed professionals ‐ Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist Assistant, Athletic Trainer, Physician, Physician Assistant, Chiropractor, Occupational Health Nurse.  Certified/Registered Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist or Case Manager.  Consideration of other health/safety personnel based on space and background.
